This course will provide you with information about agile business analysis.

Agile approaches are based on delivering more frequent and more often working releases of the product. Scrum is an agile framework for developing, delivering, and sustaining complex systems, with an initial emphasis on software development, although it has been utilized in other areas including research, advanced technologies, and even sales and marketing.

Scrum focuses on continuous improvement, accommodating change, team feedback, and delivering quality products. It is intended for teams of ten or fewer members, who divide their products into consecutive targets that can be achieved through time-boxed iterations.

During the course, students will participate in a series of scenarios that go through all the Agile lifecycle activities from visioning, planning, writing stories, sizing, prioritizing, building a release plan, and executing the key sprint/release meetings.
