Recruitment Consultant:
Main Job Details & Responsibilities:
● Determine eligibility to entitlements, arrange staff training and provide information or services such as employee assistance, counselling and recognition programs
● Identify current and prospective staffing requirements, prepare and post notices and advertisements, and collect and screen applications
● Advise job applicants on employment requirements and on terms and conditions of employment
● Review candidate inventories and contact potential applicants to arrange interviews and arrange transfers, redeployment and placement of personnel
What do you bring to the role:
- Education in a relevant discipline or the equivalent combination of education and/or experience in human resources. CHRP professional designation is an asset.
- Considerable experience overseeing end-to-end recruitment processes in a complex environment.
- Experience utilizing a variety of contemporary talent sourcing methods.
- Strong ability to establish effective working relationships with various stakeholders using a consultative approach and ensuring the delivery of superior customer service.
- Highly skilled at providing value-added strategic advice that is compliant with employment legislation, collective agreements, organizational procedures and human resources best practices, paired with comprehensive knowledge of employment-related legislation and human resource practices.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a fast-paced and heavily structured, multi-disciplinary team, and managing a high volume of recruitment activities with fluctuating deadlines and priorities.
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills with the ability to identify solutions and manage competing stakeholder needs.
- Strong ability to address current and future recruitment/workforce challenges, anticipating possible complications and developing creative strategies/solutions using diverse perspectives to achieve key objectives.
- Advanced written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent computer skills with the ability to use a variety of software, such as MS Office Suite. Experience with LMS is an asset

IT Manager:
- Main Job Details & Responsibilities:
Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operations of information systems and
electronic data processing (EDP) departments and companies - Develop and implement policies and procedures for electronic data processing and computer
systems development and operations - Meet with clients to discuss system requirements, specifications, costs and timelines
- Assemble and manage teams of information systems personnel to design, develop, implement,
operate and administer computer and telecommunications software, networks and
information systems - Control the budget and expenditures of the department, company or project
- Recruit and supervise computer analysts, engineers, programmers, technicians and other
personnel and oversee their professional development and training. - Managing IT staff by overseeing, recruiting, and training employees
- Analyzing the IT budget and maintaining cost-effectiveness
- Monitoring daily performance of IT systems, including computers, programs, and networks
- Installing new upgrades for hardware and software
- Troubleshooting problems and increasing overall efficiency
- Developing data backup systems and disaster recovery contingencies
- Staying up-to-date with new IT developments in the industry
