Mr Umar has a strong educational background in Business Analysis, Lean Six Sigma, and Scrum/Agile studies. Mr Umar has completed his education in Computer Sciences and Applied Information Systems Technology from NAIT also completed his certification in Adult and Continuing Education from the University of Alberta. Mr Umar is training in information technology and business analysis for over 15 years. Mr Umar also has over 20 years of experience in leading projects in different industries, from manufacturing, telecommunications, information technology, banking, government, healthcare and education. His work in these various industries has been mostly focused on Lean Implementation, Process Improvement in adopting Waterfall & Agile Methodologies.
